well like everyone else said, its a seizure, but what are you feeding him? it could be as simple as that, my parenst fed my beagle beneful and she started having seizures, my uncle fed his JRT beneful as well and she also got seizures, as soon as they stopped feeding them beneful, the seizures stopped, for both of them, and they have not come back. if you don't feed him beneful then, TAKE HIM TO THE VET PLEASE!
