    • Be careful overworking him while he's a puppy, his muscles and bones are still growing and you could potentially damage something, regardless of how strong you think your baby is.Feed him an 'All Life Stages' formula so he'll grow solid over time and not have a growth spurt. You may like what you see with the growth spurt (if you want a big dog, i guess) but it's unhealthy for them to grow too fast too quickly. Just make sure to monitor the amounts of protein in his food and walk him daily, if he's still young you've got awhile before he ever gets fat and lazy. In fact, you're more likely to be able to not keep up with him for the next couple of years.

    • why do you want a stronger rottie???? you better not be fighting him!!!they are born strong, no strength training until 18 month old or you will shorten dogs life by half, their bones are not ready yet to support broad muscle training. when the pup weighs in at over 100 pounds then training can start. again, you better not be fighting him!!!!no dog food will make your rottie stronger only training will, a raw diet helps but you have to be very careful what you feed it and its temperament is.did i mention, you better not be fighting him!!!fat and lazy rotties are from to much people foods and to little exercise.jogging is for huskies, malamutes, sledding dogs, very fast, long walks, mountain climbing, some climbing agility, is for rotties. on by the way, you better not be fighting him!!!these dogs have a very large chest wall, running is not for them, four feet in different positions, they are not greyhounds, they lope when they run, they can clear great distances of ground at their loping speed, it is not a jog, the two rear feet are together, and the fronts are trotted, you as a human can't keep up with him.i'll say it again, you better not be fighting him!!!

    • First off, the best thing you can feed him right now is Wellness Large Breed Puppy Health dog food. It has everything he will need to grow at the fastest pace you are going to want. Now you have to realize that he won't get strong by just eating food. You must take him outside for exercise for at LEAST one hour a day. Also be aware of not over exercising him because this is extremely bad for the development of his joints. You should feed him this puppy health food for a minimum of 12 months. After which you should switch him over to Eukonabu Rottweiler Breed food. This food has the best formula for Rottweiler's than any other dog food out there right now. I have a 5 month old Rottweiler and everything is going as planned. I hope everything works out, good luck.
