I have exactly the same problem as you. But my girl bird is not as aggresive as yours. Maybe think about putting them in seperate cages.

IT sounds like you have 2 males ..instead of a boy & girl... PLEASE ! keep the mean one it only knows and loves you plus it was there first.... I will take if you want to get rid of it..... ThAnKs....: )
