You need to go to a veterinarian ASAP. He may have an injury. If it is a kidney infection, you will need antibiotics and likely IV fluids. Be prepared for bloodwork and possibly an x-ray or two. Do not let your dog suffer.
Our friends dog had infection and every time he used the bathroom he would pee blood .I called the vet and he told me to give it cranberry juice and it was great the next day his pee was normal.and he couldn't move and drank the juice laying done.You can try it until you get to the vet.
I would take your dog the vet NOW! He sounds like he has an injury of some sort. Does he seem painful? If he can't control his urine then something more is wrong then just a urinary tract infection.
Take him to your vet. they will be able to treat him and they will put him on meds to get rid of the infection. I once had a cat that had the same thing and they put it on amoxacilion and it turned out just fine. no more puddles here and there.Good luck with you baby
