She seems to poop A LOT when we sleep. We give her plenty of time outside (we are outside in our backyard almost 50% of the day) and today she has eaten twice without pooping. Any suggestions so she doesn't poop all night in our house?

Don't give food and water in the evening before bed time. Also, it sounds as though the puppy has free roam of the house while you sleep?? The puppy should be crated in a small area during the night time and anytime it's unsupervised. If you keep the puppy in a confined area, it's natural instinct is to not soil it's bed, however there are exceptions to that rule. A 9 week puppy cannot be left for long, probably more than a hour at time becuase it's bladder and bowels have limits.
Kenneling is pretty effective. Remember to take the puppy straight from the kennel to outside, and keep an eye on it when not outside or in the kennel.My pups have generally been on about a 2 hour schedule, and usually about 15 minutes after eating.
