My puppy is throwing up long worms that look like spaghetti?

My puppy is throwing up long worms that look like spagetti....can you tell me what kind they are?OK, maybe I should have been more clear when asking this question. So let me clear this up now!:My puppy is only 4 weeks old and lives with her mother. (who is not even in the same state that I am). The owner of her mother called me to inform me this was happening and asked me if I knew what type they were. AS I WAS POSTING THIS QUESTIONS THE PUPPIES AND THEIR MOTHER WERE ON THEIR WAY TO THE VET! I posted this question hoping someone would know the type of worm to put our minds at easy until they got back from the vet. My biggest worry was heartworm (since I do not know what they look like) , as those can be deadly. THANK YOU TO ALL OF THOSE THOUGHTFUL ENOUGH TO HELP ME WITH MY CONCERN. To all of you that felt you had to have some rude comment:People post these questions with real concerns! If you don't know the awnser that is ok, but don't awnser the question just to get a few points. Your rude comment do not help the situation! ALL IT DOES IS SHOW HOW CHILDISH PEOPLE CAN BE!!!!

the vet can test his poo & tell you. it's easily remedied w/ medicine. been there, done that!

Roundworms, definetly. I reasearched it. I also used to work with animals at shelers, and had to deal with these things.Its easily treatred, its not very serious, don't worry, just take it to the vet.

Possibly tape worm....you MUST take him to the vet! They are probably coming out his "other" end as well.

Make an appointment at the vets , depending on your time zone you might be able to get there tonight and get the first dose of medicine in him. Also, make sure you wash your hands really well if there's any chance you've come in contact with them while cleaning up. Also, mention to your vet if you have any other animals in the house since sometimes they too need a medicine when one pet has a parasite.
