A little chocolate won't hurt your dog. If they get into a bag of chocolate or candy that's when you need to worry.

i was told by my vet one time after my dog ate a chocolate easter bunny they have to eat 1 oz of chocolate for every pound they weigh to be toxic 10 pound dog would have to eat 10 oz of chocolate

Oh my god, my wife's boxer eat a whole box of See's Candy and nothing happen. Most of the people here have it right. A small amount will not have an affect. But its better to keep it away from them. Next time, I am eating all of the See's before I leave the house.Send cookies
