Why do my dogs love chocolate so much?

I just discovered my dogs LOVE chocolate. I've been feeding it to them all morning and they can't get enough of it! Why do dogs love chocolate so much? Do all dogs love chocolate this much?

Chocolate among a few other things can speed up your dogs heart beat and make them very sick of even kill them. You should also avoid caffeine, grapes, corn and onions.

I hope it is not human chocolate as that is dangerous to dogs. Just because a dog loves somethng doesn't mean they should have it.
