He will get the shits and be dehydrated. He'll also be a lil hyper and shaky for a bit.Give him water and encourage him to eat dry kibble or milk-bones. He'll be ok.
He'll be fine...you only really have to worry about small dogs or exposure to chocolate over a long period of time and repetitive eating...a dog this big may perhaps get a little stomach-ache or so, but in the long run hes probs fine. If he's not feeling well, take him to the vet, but I'd say he's okay! Have a great day!!
