Is there a way to stop a cat from killing mice?
My partner has two cats that constantly catch mice. they usualy don't kill them, just injure them and leave them to die. We feel very bad about it and even taken one to the vet but it was too late for him.Is there any way to make them stop this…Is there a way to stop a cat from killing mice?

its like if ur not a vegetaraian (i am) can u stop urself from eating meat? Cats regular way is to eat mice. They have been living it that way all ..but if u really want them to stop, i suggest you take them to like a trainerand train them not to...like takae a newspaper and roll it up....and when ever they hurt a mice....hit them...it doesn't huirt the cat but it scares them..do it veery time..they will understand its not good and if they don't stop, they'll keep getting hurt. And when they don't give them a treat or another toy. You cat has to learn how not to kill the mice and trainers cost a lot of money, So its best if u just train the cat urself. If they start again, then don't take the newspaper....but skip a meal..or no treats.....they might not be scared of the newspaper.
