Why is my dog peeing on our patio?

My 1yr3mo old (neutered since 9mo) Weimaraner has recently started marking and peeing on our back patio - why is he doing this? He's done this about six times in the past couple of weeks. We have another dog, a female chocolate lab, and they have been raised together for almost a year. What gives?

Has it been wet outside? My dog will try ANYTHING to not get his dainty little feet wet.. even though he's a 100lb mutt

One reason is that if you had other dogs around your house he or she is probably marking his territory.

Um..... because he has to pee, there probably isnt a reason besides it might be getting colder outside? idk, he has to pee!

It sounds to me like, another dog, maybe a neighbors dog, is marking your patio, and your Weimaraner is marking over the other dogs!!!!! Maybe it is another animals smell, like a squirrel, or something!! Good Luck to you!!!!!
