What are some signs that your dog is preganant?

My sister's dog was in heat a weak ago and the dog got out of the house for almost an entire day. I was wondering if the dog is going to have puppies. Thanks for the help!

Have her spayed. The vet can tell you if she was pregnant.

If she was in heat.... and out unsupervised for a day.... the chances are she is pregnant. Too early to tell for sure though. She could even be pregnant by more than one male. PLEASE get this dog spayed when the puppies are weaned.
