Is alivera good for dogs to drink when they have an upset stomic?

My dog vomited is Alvera good for them to drink or is greet tea better?

If he vomited, perhaps itis better not to give it to him again. Green tea is OK, I have a friend who gives tea and milk to her dog, and that seems to be ok.
