Anyone out there in Internetland ever used Mycodex Shampoo with 3x pyrethrins?

Finally figured out what's wrong with our dog and she has Canine Lice. Humans and cats can't get it so that's a relief! The vet gave us Mycodex Shampoo with 3x Pyrethrins to get rid of it and I was wondering if it works? Do they just fall out of her hair or do I have to pick them out?

It should work just fine. Pyrethrins are a very common poison to use on any insect.
