where can i find a dog good vaccine log?

i give my dogs their shots and i don't have anything to keep my records in. i want a good one where i can put the sticker from the shot on it too. if you could help that would be awesome!

ask your vet for one... thats where i got mine or if they dont have one go to your office supply store they have all kinds of organization ideas

your vet may give you one, PetSmart carries them and you can order them on-line for about 25 cents a piece. I make sure to peel off the sticker from the vaccine and stick it next to the date that I vaccinated the dog/cat. That way I have a complete shot record if I need to take my pets to the vet. That way the vet will know exactly what types of vaccines they have received
