cat licking her belly excessively?

My cat has been licking her belly and has removed the fur off and has started to make it bleed and wont let it heal. I put a cone on her and suave on her stomach to let her make it heal but somehow she bends enough to lick her stomach heal and now its back to bleeding again. HELP!

Fleas, Dry skin.Have you put any medicine on her that she could be allergic to?Give her a bath and try to keep her from licking it as much as possible. Maybe even try putting some hydrogen peroxide on the affected area. Good luck!

Have you taken her to a vet? This could be a flea allergy or other skin condition. Cats will also over-groom if they feel stressed.
