My dog was neutered 7 days ago and he is still not walking, urinating or having bowel movements is it normal?

I took him to the vet and he said the wound was healing to give him time.

Not normal at all.. Get a second opinion, please. When my Yorkie was neutered, he was back to normal in very little time. Yours could have a serious infection.

No it is not normal. Find a better vet.
