Anyone have any good ways of stopping my dog chasing my cats?

My dog seems to enjoy chasing my cats, one of my cats does seem to wind her up a bit,but im worried she might bite one of the cats sooner or later. Any ideas of how to stop her????

well i mean it is in a dogs nature to that but maybe you should work on the ''stay'' command with him a little bit

a dig needs to learn discipline, i have never had a cat so i haven't had the problem but i have had dogs almost my whole life, basically they need to somehow be shown not to chase them, remember o be firm if you tell them off.

my dog does that to and im worried about the same thing but there isn't really anything you can do about it, its there instincts. just don't get your cat declawed

Let the cat scratch the dog it will stop chasing then my dog killed a kitten in my garden once then i inherited a cat that didnt like dogs she hissed and scratched him he now will not go any were near her

put it on tie in the house and when she gose to chase the catscold her and tell her no then when it stopes give a reward and sooner or latsr she will understand that if it gose to chase the cat it will get punshed and if ti stopes it will get a treat try some boild chicken but you have be on time for the good behaver oh ya make it a short tie that can be hooked up to a wall try using rope with an eye hook then when your dog gets the leson that the cat is not a toy then you can let her off the rope and if itdose it agin do it all over agin
