It isnt because of food. She needs her anal glands cleaned out. A vet can do. A vet told me I could if i wanted to, I told NO THANKS!!!!! I will pay you to do it.

Either it's because she's super excited, or more likely because she has backed up anal glands. Your vet can take care of that straight away. Two of my dogs have the same problem.
