last week 1 day of constipation but since then all normal then the weird one today we thought he may have allergies because last month he threw up a few times it looked like snot or flem

Take it to the vet. That's not healthy. Stools with mucous in them could mean anything from alergies to worms to something worse. Vet. Now.

That is mucus and is caused by something not right in the colon. He may have parasites or colitis...inflammation in his colon. Seeing a bit of blood is common too. Your vet can check a sample and give him medication.
