If its a deep cut, consult the vet. Otherwise, bathe it and keep it clean and bandaged to prevent infection.Pads do bleed a lot but she should be fine.
Take her to the vet immediately. It could get infected or something could be wrong. She could also lose to much blood. She may need stitches. Good Luck!
You need to apply constant pressure with a clean material. Then contact the vet. She may require stitches.Emergency vet clinics are open every day, round the clock!Good luck!
u can take her to the vets and get them to have a look at it but because the pads of dogs feet are so think it can take days to heal up. or dog kut her poor and it bleed for about 4 days. we in the end took her to the vet as she keped re opening the cut. they gave us a scrub to wash it out with and it seemed to help.
If she cut her paw last night (that suggests yesterday to me) and the bleeding still has not stopped, she really needs to see a vet. Remember, don't replace the bandages because that takes away the necessary pressure needed to stop the bleeding. Just keep adding fresh bandages on top of the old ones.
This happened to my cousin's dog whilst i was over there. There are many veins n the paw, and the best way to fix it is to see a vet. Don't remove the wrap either, just add more (otherwise you are removing the clotting that leads to scabs) good luck and i hope she feels better soon!
