Your dog should have been trained and socialized from when he was a puppy and it should have continued throughout his life.You need to enroll in obedience classes at a training facility (not Petco or Petsnart, a real training facility) and learn how to properly train him. Take him for walks around your neighborhood, the beach,pond, park, outside malls, parks etc. The more things he is introduced to and continues to be around the better he will be.
