Is it alright for puppies to eat human food?

My dogs are very healthy and they have their own doggy food, but they eat most of the stuff I do. Puppies have a more sensitive digestion. Don't feed them pork, chocolate, or greasy foods. Veggies, chicken and beef is good.To the person who said sugar gives them worms. For it to give them worms, sugar would have to have worms or larvae in it. If that were true, we would have the same worms. Some foods may have larvae, like unwashed veggies and raw meat. And dogs can get it from the ground, other dogs poop, and puppies get it from their moms so they do need to be de~wormed.
