Here's a wild thought: take her to the vet (who will not only tell her how far along she is but can scan her for a chip if you haven't already) and report her to animal control.

i think it's better for you to call the animal service cops so they can take the pitbull to the vet and determine if the pitbull is healthy enough to have her puppies.
