I despsise people like you. Ever heard of training? Responsibility? Socialisation? Not being an idiot? You've got a large, dominant, powerful dog who needs a good owner. Give your dog to a person who actually has a clue about dogs or give it to a no-kill shelter. Anything would be better than in your irresponsible hands. If someone let their dog kill my dog then I would come after you with an axe most likely, not just sue you. How bad do you think that poor owner feels? You basically ruined two peoples lives and your ruining pit bulls. Pitbulls are wonderful dogs who are being destroyed by stupid people like you and thats why their are so many dogs being put down, killed and abused. Because you are a bad owner so you have a bad dog but no, according to others its the breeds fault. No its your fault. You need to get that dog and give it to someone who loves, cares and knows at least a thing or two about big, powerful dogs.

    • I think you will most definitely get told off. You are the biggest fool ever. You should get your dog put down. Dogs shouldn't KILL other dogs. Haven't you even socialised your dog with other dogs? Your dog has a serious problem and you either need to socialize it or put it down.

    • I would have to say yes,, being as your dog has killed twice now.Was either time reported to police or animal control. If the first time was not reported, you could be in major trouble for concealing information. The dog may be a guard dog for your property, but it is a killer. And it and you both need to be punished for the acts of violence.I would contact my lawyer if I was you, because next time it could be a child or an adult.

    • The off leash dog, or trespassing dog is always at fault. Since this dog was loose, there shouldn't be any problems. But, since you have a business, I would make sure you keep your dog secure in case a client comes in with a dog in leash. If your dogs attacks a leashes dog, you could lose your business and your dog. It is not uncommon for Pit Bulls to have dog aggression, you just have to make sure you manage it properly.

    • I own a business and I have a female pitbull as a yard dog. Yesterday a small dog came under our fence and my pitbull attacked and killed it. Can I still get in trouble for that. This is not the first time she has killed a dog. We had another yard dog who was a male and a little smaller than the pitbull. I came into work one morning and she had bit his legs all up and went for his throat. What are the actions that could be taken in this type of situation. Thanks.
