How many cats will it take to piss of a basset hound?

I love dogs and cats i currently have 1 Dog and 1 cat but i am planning on maybe getting another cat but i am worried cos my cat plays with my dog by pawing his face no claws of course they're just playing but my dog doesn't really like it sometimes so he leaves or sleeps will have 2 face pawing maniac cats piss him off?

2 cats will be fine. I'm surprised your basset hound isn't the one bugging the cat! They have very strong hunting instincts and usually try to "hunt" every small animal they see! I know mine does! But yeah, a second cat will be fine.
