Whats the best kind of small dog to adopt?

I'm getting a new puppy and i want it to be small, So whats the best breed to get and why?

yorki terrier, they are so small and they stay small. my friend has one and it is smaller than my cat, they are also adorable and very lovable

Get a toy poodle or a teacup Yorkie Terrier.

You may want to consider some things other than size such as the temperament of certain toy breeds, health problems, grooming requirements,and many other things. Please research this before you go out and adopt any dog, if you do you have a better chance of getting the type of pet that suits your situation.
