I have a sheep dog and i have just noticed that her eyes slighty come out and move cock eyed every bite..i have not noticed this before as i dog look at her eyes when she eats ...is this normal?..p.s the vet is closed but i can get an emergincy vet out ?

It's certainly not normal, not at all, and I would recommend a vet visit, but if she hasn't shown any signs of seizure or anything else negative then I wouldn't rush an emergency.
