Your dog was breaded like a porkchop, which causes the tail to curl like a pigs. If she would have been breaded like chicken, her tail would have feathered out.
IF your dog was was "breaded" put her in the oven at 350 for about a hour and enjoy.(It's "bred" by the way.)If you had purchased your dog from a breeder who showed their dog(s), you probably wouldn't have to ask this question. But with little information, your guess is as good as anyone. However, I can tell you with certainty that her father or mother was NOT a pig.Just love her for being your dog. That's the most important thing.
It means your dog came from a crap breeder either large scale(mill) or small scale(byb). If her tail looks like you said then its either a defect or she's a not purebred.
