    • try to puupy proof your house as mutch as you can put things away that you dont want puppy to chew when you bring your puppy home dont mollycoodle it leave it to explore your house if it wees or poohs dont worry to much at first when it is eating play with it stroke take his her dish this is so he she will be used to you and not be possesive carry on you normal day to day stuffenjoy your puppy also socialise him or her with other dogs cats animals children etc dont forget vaccinations either and sort out what will happen when you go on holiday good luck

    • Congratulations, labs make great pets. Read up on crate training (this is a life saver) and basic obedience. Plan to take your dog to a puppy classes it is inexpensive and worth the effort. The first year with a lab is the hardest, getting through the basics, but so worth it, you will have a great companion!
