Probably a Lhasa Apso or maybe a shi tzu mix.BUT do not choose a breed just because you saw it on TV and thought it was "cute".

Its either a Shih Tzu or a Lhasa Apso.

It looks like the dog could be a mix breed. It definitely is part Shih Tzu, maybe part Lhasa Apso. He's definitely a beautiful and talented little dog. I hope they win Britain's Got Talent!Best of luck. Hope I helped.
