Can any help me to recognize the breed & age of the dog in the given link?

I found the dog in the given link on road while he was searching for his owner. Don't know whether it was left by the owner or not. I want to handover it to owner or some one who want to take care of it. Please help me to find the dog breed and age so that I can post this news on a news paper or a website. Bring him to the vet and have him scanned for a chip, the vet will also be able to tell you the age of the dog by looking at his teeth. It's impossible to tell the age of the dog by looking at a photo as some go grey quicker than others.
