there are shampoo things you can get for car seats, etc. you might try that

vinager.use vinager after cleaning. that will take out the smell so you can't smeelll it and the dog wont pee there again.

mix laundry detergent with really hot water and add a little vinegar, scrub it really well and towel dry it and it should come out fine.
