Chihuahuas. There is no such thing as a teacup breed. that term is only used to sell dogs at a higher price. Some dogs may be smaller than usual but let's just be real, they're just the runts of the litter (which I personally always go for because they need extra care) My Chihuahua is 2 yrs old and she weighs in at 3.9 lbs. and I'm hoping she gains a little more weight poor thing. lol
