Why is my kitten obsessed with my girlfriend all of a sudden?

Hes a year old, neutered and healthy. All of a sudden he follows her everywhere and cries incessantly for attention. What's the deal?

Even if cats are neutered they can still be attracted by scent. Also he may just like her.So you're secretly jealous then.

I can't help but smile... who can explain the actions of the feline kind. All I know is that my two darling cats have been with me for twelve and eight years. When I moved in with my husband, my female suddenly decided that my handsome hubby is the center of the universe. She follows him everywhere, runs to the door when she sees his car pull up and tries to sleep between us at night. Who can explain that?All I know is that she has damned good taste in men.

The same people like certain people, cats bond more with certain people. It's possible that his personality is just more compatible with her.

If your gf isnt mauling the cat with love and normally giving it tonnes of attention then thats why, cat are drawn to ppl that ignore them because they know they wont be harassed, twisted but true
