What is a really cool animal for a painting?

I need to draw a human to animal face transformation. But I can't decide what animal to choose. The animals I can't use are a house cat, dog, tiger, peacock, swan. I'm painting a girl face and I want it to be kind of pretty so I don't want an animal that would be too unusual to be transformed into a face.
