How long does it take before kittens open their eyes?

My cat Macy just had kittens and they are like a week and a day old right now I was just wondering when they start to open their eyes?

I think it takes between 3 to 5 weeks for kittens to open their eyes. My two cats (sisters) had their eyes open at 5 to 6 weeks when I adopted them. (moxie and sammi): )

if i'm not mistaken, about 2 or 3 weeks. it looks cute cause one eye opens and it looks like they are winking at you.

The eyes can open anywhere from 8-14 days .The eyes are normally blue for a few days until they change into their normal color.Good luck with your kitties!

They generally open their eyes between two and three weeks. When they first open their eyes are a beautiful blue colour but they will change to normal cat green/yellow around 6-8 weeks.
