Squirk her with the water bottle and also tell her "No". This is my best suggestion. Also get her some pet toys like squeaky ones as she will enjoy too.Thanks.
He needs exercise. When a dog starts acting like that it's because he needs long walks. Also after the walk if he starts to do it make a noise that lets him know you do not approve.
could have a salt deficiency. lots of animals lick when there's not enough salt in their diet. get a salt wheel from the pet store...you'll find them with rabbit stuff. they're only a couple bucks. see what your dog does with it.
