A friend of mine is giving me a Python but does not know the exact species. He heard the name but cannot remember. If I could get some names of the different species maybe he will remember. It starts with a C he thinks if that helps. Thanks yall!

There are 35 species of python. Some of the common names are: Ball, Burmese, Carpet, Green Tree, Reticulated, Spotted, Macklots, Savu, White-Lipped, Amethystine, Papuan, Olive, Rock, Blood, Woma, Borneo, Black-Headed, and Childrens.
If it begins with a C it could be a carpet python; they are very beautiful snakes and attain an average length. Other species could be Balls, reticulated, Burmese, Maillot's, Amethystine, children's, white lipped. There are SO many kinds.
