Have her checked by a vet. While it is unusual that for your girl it only happens after eating, little dogs can have luxating patellas, where the kneecap slips out of the groove it rests in, causing the dog to hold up that leg until it slides back into place. This can be corrected surgically, and is usually very effective once the surgery is performed.
