Keep an eye on her. If she starts showing signs of illness or pain, be ready to rush her to the vet. It may damage her digestive tract, get stuck and cause a blockage, or simply pass though. Was the bone cooked or raw? If it was cooked, there is more of a risk.

Take her to the vet. The bone could cut hurt intestions and it won't be able to disgust the bone.
