What do I need to take my dog from Costa Rica to Spain on a Holiday?

I am going on a holiday to spain and I cant leave my dog here in Costa Rica. I would appreciate some information on how I can take it with me and if it would be a problem to take it back.

Your vet. should be able to tell you what is needed. Make sure you give yourself plenty of time in case the are some special things you need to do.
