What flea product to use with panacur for my dog?

I am worming my dog with panacur. What product do you recommend for fleas? I have revolution but is that a good option?

I've found that Advantix works the best, a full month, whereas Frontline doesn't because fleas have developed some immunity to it in certain areas.Tried Revolution, it didn't work as well and one of my dogs developed bald spots where it was applied.Switched to Advantix over a year ago on advice of my vet, and it's worked very well - and I live in the rural South.
