What is this rash my dog appears to have?

My dog has a very red rash with bumps the size of a pupil in between his hing legs near his genital. He bites at it often. Can anyone give me any advice as to what this could be?

sounds like a skin infection that should be seen by your vet. They don't get better by them selves and your dog chewing at the skin will only make it worse. It may be related to allergies.

How long has he had the rash for?It could be a skin infection or irrotation. Take him to the vet and get it checked out.J
