How do I get my upstairs neighbor to stop letting her dog pee on her balcony?

When it pees on her balcony it spills onto mine. I talked to her about & she continues to do it. I can't use my own deck because of the dog pee all over. (Our apartment doesn't allow dogs so she says it is just visiting.)

Since you live in an apartment talk to her again; if she still won't listen talk to your manager about it

I say talk to the person who's renting the apartments out. He's probably the only one who can do anything.

complain to the manager......tell them to do something or you will move out and file a lawsuit against them for your moving costs.....

I'm trying to imagine how the pee spills downward and backward onto your deck. But, if so, and if you've talked with your neighbor without success, you should take the matter to your landlord. Since there is a "no dogs" clause in your apartment lease, you should get quick assistance from the landlord.

thats disgusting! report her to your land lord or whoever and they will deal with it. i'm pretty sure there are laws against something like that even...

tell her if it keeps up your gonna talk to whoever your renting the apartment from and then she'll be forced to do something about it or live some where else if dogs aren't allowed.

You don't have a hose to hose your balcony off?Try the easy and obvious and save yourself and your neighbor a lot of aggravation.

Tell her you will report them for having a dog if she doesn't stop it. And if she still continues doing it I would tell the landlord.

this happened to me when living in spain. Politely mention it first. then when that fails catch the pee in a bucket and leave it outside her front door. they will soon get the message
