What is this red stuff hanging out of my cats butt?

After my cat went poop somehow this red stuff came out of his behind. Its like his butt went inside out. It looks very painful and gross. What do i do?

Well if you had Red Stuff hanging from your behind you would go Doctors .......so .......how about you take your cat to a vet???

THE CAT PROBABLY GOT INTO SOMETHING AND ITS STUCK AND CAUSING SOME BLEEDING OR EVEN WORSE- TAKE IT TO THE VET HUNNY- SHES IN PAIN.
