Feels like hard scabs. Started in the inner ears, and now are all over. The Vet said it was a fungus and to treat it with Ticnactin (spray for feet ). Seemed to have taken care of the infection, but now scabs are all over.

Ok, so why not call the Vet back and ask him what step #2 would be. He was the one who told you how to treat it, so he should be the one to tell you what steps to take next.
