My dog has echy eye and tears since morning what should I do?
He can't keep his eye opened when I talk with him. Maybe is insect bite I don't know. Can I use for him my eye drop or should I take him to his vet?

take him to the vet. It could be many things but in the very worst case he may loose his eye. it may go away depending on what it is but don't chance it.
