I'm looking for resources for double dilute collie owners?

I have 2 two year old double dilute collies. They are both deaf. One is visually impaired. I'm looking for resources to help me with training and medical. My vet is great, but not equipped to measure vision. Recently, I've noticed the eyes on my collie with vision impairment have sort of changed shape. We live in the Ozarks and I don't have a college veterinary clinic within 6 hours of here. They are great dogs! No immediate problems. Just looking for info. Thanks!
