Probably less than 12mg...you should consult a vet about it.

You may need to get smaller doses of something from the vet. I have used 1 mg per pound up to 50lbs. Not to exceed 50 mg. The doses in the otc are 25 and if you break it in half it still wont be the right dose. Not enough will do nothing to help. Warning : This is only in the US otc benedryl I understand there is an extra ingredient in the UK that may be harmful.
